Some things ask
to be met
one-to-one.
You may come with something to grieve, something to give thanks for, a question to clarify, a decision to make, or an ancestral pattern to transform.
You may also come with simple curiosity about the energy of the day you were born.
A nawal reading, a therapeutic session, and a private fire ceremony each offer a different way to listen for what is present, what has shaped it, and what it asks of you now.
We begin with one meeting. You do not need to know where it will lead before you arrive.

Three ways to work together
Different moments ask for
different forms of attention.
Each begins by listening closely to what is here. These descriptions can help you recognize where to begin. If you are still unsure, we can decide together in a free 20-minute conversation.
01
Nawal Reading
Understand the energy of the day you were born.
In the Maya Cholq’ij, the sacred calendar of 260 days, every day carries a particular energy. The energy of the day on which you were born is your nawal.
A reading explores your relationship with that energy: the capacities it gives you, the challenges you may encounter, the responsibilities it carries, and the ways it may already be expressing itself through your life.
It is not a prediction, and it does not tell you who you are. It offers a language for recognizing what you were born with and how you are living it now.
02
Therapeutic Session
Meet what is alive in you with more compassion and capacity.
A private space for whatever is asking for closer attention. This may include grief, transition, exhaustion, relationship difficulties, fear, recurring patterns, questions of purpose, or the sense that something needs to change even when you cannot yet name it.
We listen to what is happening in your body, emotions, beliefs, relationships, history, and nervous system. Together, we make room for what has been difficult to feel or see, develop perspective, and recognize the choices that are becoming possible.
03
Private Fire Ceremony
For a moment that deserves to be witnessed and marked.
I prepare and light a fire at Kaukitá for what you bring. A ceremony may honor a loss, a birthday or anniversary, a relationship that is beginning, changing, or ending, a project being born or completed, gratitude, a question, your ancestors, a vow, or another threshold in your life.
Before the ceremony, we meet for 20 minutes so I can listen to your intention and prepare the fire and its offering. The materials vary according to what the ceremony asks for and may include seeds, flowers, wood, copal, incense, tobacco, and other forms of offering.
You may join online and light a candle wherever you are, or come to Kaukitá and sit before the fire.
For one person, a couple, or a family of up to four.
Groups & Gatherings
Some thresholds
belong to a group.
A fire can open or close what people are beginning or completing together: a workshop, training, retreat, community process, relationship, or shared project.
Each ceremony is prepared in conversation with the organizer and shaped around the group, its intention, the place where it will be held, and the offering it requires.
Group ceremonies may take place online, at Kaukitá, or at another location by prior arrangement. Because the number of participants, preparation, materials, and travel vary, the scope and investment are agreed together.
Continuing the work
When one meeting opens
a longer process.
Sometimes one session is enough to bring clarity, make room for an emotion, or recognize a next step.
At other times, what becomes visible asks for steady attention. A recurring pattern, a loss, a transition, or a nervous system learning a different way of responding may need time, continuity, and a relationship that can hold the process as it unfolds.
After a first therapeutic session, if continuing would support the work, we can agree on a four- or eight-session process. We meet weekly or every other week, depending on what you need and what your life can sustain.
You do not need to commit before experiencing the work. We begin with one session and decide from there.
Begin with One SessionThe ground of the work
Listen before deciding
what needs to change.
I bring thirteen years of work with individuals and communities, trauma-informed therapeutic practice, grief education, mindfulness, and the ceremonial responsibilities entrusted to me through the Maya K’iche’ tradition.
These sources are not collapsed into a single method. A therapeutic session remains therapeutic. A nawal reading and a fire ceremony remain ceremonial. What connects them is an ethic of accompaniment: meeting what is here without forcing it, remaining honest about what hurts, and developing the capacity to stay present while something new becomes possible.
Spiritual practice has taught me to trust that there is meaning in being here. Trauma work has taught me that meaning must never become a way of bypassing what the body and heart have endured.
The direction is yours. My role is to listen with you, reflect what becomes visible, and help you build the capacity to follow it.

Not sure where to begin?
Begin with
a conversation.
You do not need to decide whether you need a reading, a therapeutic session, or a ceremony before we meet.
We can take twenty minutes to name what is bringing you here, listen for what kind of attention it may need, and see whether working together feels right.
There is no obligation to continue. If I am not the right person for what you need, I will tell you honestly.
