PRESENCIA, ESTRUCTURA Y PROFUNDIDAD

You've been in spaces that promise change.
The promise creates an expectation. The expectation creates a standard. The standard creates a verdict. And you walk away carrying one more proof that something in you doesn't work.
This space doesn't work that way.
There's nothing wrong with wanting to change. But what often happens around that desire turns it against you.
You've felt it. The pressure to get somewhere. To break through. To not be where you are. And something in you tightens.
Because the more you push, the less things actually move. Push creates pushback. Force creates resistance. And what needs space gets held even tighter.
Change is not something you make happen. It begins when something is finally met without being pushed.
Not fixed. Not overcome. Met — with the kind of attention that lets things move in their own time.
When the pushing stops, something quieter takes over. You've felt it — that place underneath the noise where things reorganize on their own.
Without effort. Without control.
We don't make that happen. We make room for it.
This is a space where that becomes possible.
WHAT HAPPENS HERE
We slow down first.
Not as a technique — as a return to the body, to the breath, to the ground underneath.
There is a moment to arrive. A short guided meditation. Cacao, for those who choose it.
And then — a check-in. Not from the mind, but from what's actually there. A word. A sensation. Something simple and true.
As each person speaks, the room starts to shift. Not all at once. Not in a straight line.
A collective pattern begins to emerge. Threads that were invisible show up.
At some point, one thread becomes the thread.
And we follow it — together.
Not trying to solve it. Not trying to get anywhere. With curiosity, not conclusions.
Staying with it. Letting it unfold.
There's space to speak. Space to be silent. Space to not know what to say.
And in that space, something different begins to happen.
Not just insight — though insight comes.
A different way of being with yourself. And with others.
Without pressure. Without performance. Without needing to get it right.
When the mind takes over — explaining, justifying, going somewhere else — we notice.
And we come back.
To what's here. Again.
And again.
We close the way we opened. With care. A moment to integrate. To notice what moved. To step back into your life without losing the thread completely.
The circle does the work. We allow it.
You know what it feels like when something in you gets quiet.
Not something you create. Something you recognize.
Maybe it’s happened in small moments — in nature, in your body, in a conversation that didn’t try to fix you.
And for a moment, nothing needed to change.
You're not looking for another modality. Not another technique. Not another experience to chase.
You’re looking for a space where that doesn’t disappear.
Where it has room. Where it can stay a little longer.
You don't need years of experience to be here.
You just need to know that place exists — and be willing to return.
THE RHYTHM
The circle meets every two weeks.
Same day. Same time. Same space.
Over time, that rhythm starts to matter.
Not because you have to keep up with it — but because it's there when you return.
What happens in the circle doesn't stay in the circle.
It shows up later — in small moments, in conversations, in the middle of your life when something you hadn't seen before becomes visible.
The time between gatherings is part of the work.
You don't need to attend every session.
Life moves. Things change. This space doesn't ask you to override that.
What matters is that you return.
And when you do, you don't start from zero.
Something in you remembers.
Sometimes you pick up where you left off. Sometimes the thread is somewhere else entirely.
Both are part of it.
The sessions are two hours.
Long enough to slow down and let something real unfold. Short enough to leave with energy still in your system.
This isn't built around intensity. Or frequency.
It's built around what happens when you come back. Again. And again.
ON CACAO
I don't think of cacao as a medicine. It doesn't fix anything.
It's an essence — something you enter into relationship with. In this space, it serves one purpose: to support staying present. Not by taking you somewhere else — by making it easier to remain with what's here.
In that sense, it belongs in the work. Not as the center — as an ally in it.
What holds the space is human presence. Cacao, when it's there, simply supports that.
You are welcome in this circle with or without it.
If you choose to drink cacao, keep it simple. Pure cacao. No additives.
Not everything called cacao is something you want to be in relationship with.
Some is grown and carried with care.
Some is just branding.
THE FACILITATOR
The circle is held by Andrés Jiménez.
His work lives at the crossing where therapeutic ground and living ancestral tradition are held as one. Not as complementary paths — as two ways of approaching the same mystery.
He is trained as a trauma-informed therapist, and initiated as an Ajq'ij within the Maya K'iché lineage. Both inform how this space is held.
WHAT HOLDS THIS SPACE
What is shared in the circle stays in the circle.
Participation is always voluntary. You are free to speak or simply be present — both are complete.
This is not a space for unsolicited advice, analysis, or fixing.
What’s offered is presence — the kind that stays with you without trying to change you.
No one is pushed deeper than their system can safely hold.
You come as you are. You meet the space from there.
No recordings.
Ever.
