You hold space for everyone else.
But when it comes to you… well, it’s complicated.
You’ve done the work.
You understand your patterns — maybe too well.
You keep showing up for life, for others, for what’s needed.
And quietly, something in you is tired of holding it alone.
If you’re ready for a space that can hold you —
this is where you begin to exhale.
If some of this feels familiar, this space may be for you.
You’ve done therapy.
You’ve read the books.
You’ve sat in ceremonies.
And still — the patterns persist.
You support others.
You stay kind.
You keep showing up.
And somewhere inside, you’re asking:
“How long can I keep doing it like this?
You long for connection that doesn’t ask you to perform.
You want to be met — not directed.
Held — not analyzed.
Maybe you’re simply tired.
Tired of always working on yourself.
Tired of carrying it alone.
You’re not broken.
You’re ready for a space that meets you where you actually are.
What it feels like to be here
This is a space that moves at the pace of trust and attunement.
Steady. Unrushed. Present.
There’s no spotlight.
No pressure to share, explain, or shape what you feel into meaning.
Just presence — human, grounded, real.
There’s space for silence.
Space for emotion to rise and settle.
Space for your body to soften — for your system to breathe.
Most spaces hold an agenda. This one holds you.
This work isn’t about doing more.
It’s about learning how to stay — with what’s already here.
What is a Cacao Circle?
A Cacao Circle is a carefully held relational space —
a place to be with what’s alive in your life,
with presence, community, and real care.
It’s not psychotherapy.
It’s not a ritual you have to “get right.”
And it’s not a space that mistakes intensity for healing.
At its core, it’s a steady group container.
People gather in presence —
listening, feeling, softening —
and allowing experience to unfold
at a pace the body can actually welcome.
Cacao is part of the space — but the space is not about it.
It’s offered as a gentle ally, not a method or a magical fix.
It supports the body to settle.
The heart to soften.
And the truth inside you — to be heard.
The Circle is what holds the work.
Cacao simply helps some people arrive.
A Note on Cacao
Because cacao is present here, it’s worth naming how it’s approached.
If you choose to drink cacao in this space,
do it with integrity.
The “ceremonial grade” label is often just marketing.
A lifestyle aesthetic. A hype.
Cacao isn’t a trend.
It’s rooted in reverence, resistance, and relationship.
It’s not spiritual caffeine.
What to look for?
100% pure cacao. Nothing added. That’s it.
Choose cacao made in relationship, not mass production —
prepared by people who work with the plant,
not just profit from it.
This isn’t about politics.
It’s about respect — for the plant, the cultures it comes from, and the work it does.
Some cacao is lineage.
Some is lifestyle branding.
You can feel the difference.
And even though this is called a Cacao Circle —
you’re welcome with or without cacao.
Your system knows what it needs.
Cacao is welcome here.
But it’s not what it is about.
You are.
What Makes This Space Safe
Safety doesn’t come from saying “you’re safe here.”
It comes from structure.
From pacing.
From respect — and from knowing how to hold without pushing.
What this space protects:
🔒 Clear boundaries around confidentiality, pacing, and participation
🌀 A steady rhythm that supports nervous system regulation — not overwhelm
🫱🏼🫲🏽 Sharing is always consensual. Nothing is required
❌ No fixing, no diagnosing, no unsolicited advice
👂 Optional 1:1 witnessing, offered with care, never expected
🙅🏽♀️ No spiritual performance, guru energy, or exaggerated claims
🎙 No recordings — what’s shared stays in the circle
🪷 Intentional closure, so your system isn’t left open at the end
The difference here isn’t what’s promised.
It’s what’s protected.
How the Circle Works
The Rhythm
The Circle meets every two weeks —
a pace that creates space for integration without losing connection.
Each gathering is live, on Zoom, and lasts 2 hours.
This isn’t a one-time event or a fixed course.
It’s an ongoing space.
To protect its depth,
new participants join only at the beginning of each 2-month cycle.
The Commitment
To keep the group stable and well-held,
joining means committing to a minimum of 4 sessions (one full cycle).
That gives you time to:
Settle into the rhythm
Build real trust
Be supported by continuity — not just a single moment
If you miss a session, you’re welcome back the following one. There’s nothing to catch up on and no pressure to explain.
What Happens in Each Gathering:
Gentle arrival + grounding
Shared cacao
Body and breath based awareness practices
Teachings that support lived experience
Sharing and listening — at your own pace
Optional 1:1 focused support (witnessed, never pressured)
Silence and integration — not every moment needs words
The Container
Small group size (max 20) — for intimacy and presence
Everything shared is confidential
Sessions are never recorded
A Gentle Way In
If you’d like to get a feel for the space before joining a full cycle,
you’re warmly invited to attend an Open Circle.
This isn’t a sales call in disguise,
and it’s not a “preview of something else.”
It’s a real gathering — held with the same care, pace, and presence as any other Circle.
You’ll sense the rhythm and the tone,
and decide — from your body — whether this space is right for you.
There’s no obligation to continue afterward.
If it’s right, you’ll know. If not, that’s respected.

Meet Your Facilitator
I’m Andrés Jiménez — a trauma-informed therapist, space-holder, and Aj’qij in the K’iche’ Maya tradition.
My work is shaped by relationship:
with the body,
with community,
with the unseen,
and with the quiet truths that live beneath language.
I don’t work from hierarchy or intensity.
I hold space gently — honoring the slow, cyclical nature of healing, and the nervous system’s need for safety over urgency, presence over performance.
From me to you
If you’ve read this far, you’re probably someone who’s held a lot — for others, and for yourself.
This Circle isn’t here to give you another tool or breakthrough.
It’s here to give you a place to land.
If you’re looking for a space that respects your pace, your body, and your own intelligence — you’re in the right place.
Slowly. Gently. In your own time.
If you feel the pull — you’re welcome.
And if now’s not the moment, that’s welcome too.
There’s no rush.
This door will still be here.
— With care,
Andrés
